Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
• Free shipping on orders over £50
• £3.95 flat rate on orders under £50

USA Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3-14 business days
• £20 flat rate

Rest of World

• Estimated delivery: 3-14 business days
• £10 flat rate

International Orders & Customs All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. International customers (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Hoy is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
