Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at james@studiohoy.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If the item you received is not quite right and you require an exchange - please follow the above procedure and contact us at james@studiohoy.com to request an exchange. If the exchange is accepted, we will then contact you with further instructions on how to complete the exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at james@studiohoy.com of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use our withdrawal form, though it is not obligatory.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include custom or personalised items, perishable goods, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
